Privacy Policy
Choose how you work with us: public questions in the assistant, private records in the owner workspace, or an offline intake kit. This page explains where that information goes and how it is retained.

Who we are
BioInfo Solutions, a Colorado S corporation, doing business as BioInfo AI ("BioInfoAI," "we," "us"), with its principal place of business in Parker, Colorado. Contact: jrapisarda@bioinfosolutions.com · 720-376-3979.
1. What this website collects
- Contact form and newsletter signups. Name, organization, role, email, phone (optional), and your message. Submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to us as email. We use them only to respond to you. We don't add you to marketing lists without your request.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic on our informational pages (pages visited, approximate geography, device type). GA4 sets cookies. Analytics is disabled on the interactive homepage and in the private workspace. We do not send conversation text, voice notes, or private board records to analytics, and we do not use advertising or remarketing features.
- The Client Intake Kit. A downloadable HTML file that runs entirely in your browser. It has no server connection, no tracking, and no submission mechanism. Your answers stay on your computer until you export them and email the file to us yourself.
The owner workspace requires sign-in. Public assistant use does not create an account. We do not sell personal information or share it with data brokers.
2. Assistant and workspace data
Public assistant
When you send a message, the recent conversation is sent through our Vercel-hosted service and Vercel AI Gateway to the selected AI model provider to generate a reply. The assistant is intended for questions about BioInfoAI, our work, and our services. It does not have access to the owner's private workspace records.
Public conversation history is held in the current page's browser memory. We do not save it as an account conversation. Clearing or reloading the page removes that local history; exporting it saves a text file on your device. Clearing the page does not erase information already processed by our hosting or AI providers. Those services may retain operational records under their own policies. The interface identifies the model used when a reply is available.
Private owner workspace
Owner conversations, task boards, opportunity and dispute records, and voice notes are stored privately in Vercel Blob so they can be used across devices. Access requires the owner's authenticated session. Records remain until the owner deletes them. The workspace provides deletion controls; provider operational logs and backups may have separate retention. Private storage and access controls are not a claim of end-to-end encryption.
Messages submitted to the owner AI assistant are processed through Vercel AI Gateway and its model provider. The microphone is requested only when you choose to record a voice note. Recording and playback do not require transcription, and audio is saved only when you choose to save the note. The public company page embeds the protected workspace from our Studio subdomain; private records are not part of the public page's search-indexed content.
Calendar, mail, social and machine-management services have their own account and permission boundaries. A link to one of those services does not give this website access to its data or permission to perform actions in it.
3. Client and engagement data (the audit)
If you engage us for an AI Automation Audit:
- We use the data and access you provide only to perform the audit and analyze your business situation — never for any other purpose, never sold, never shared outside the engagement.
- Your information is Confidential Information under the confidentiality terms of your Engagement Agreement (and any non-disclosure agreement in place), which survive completion of the engagement for three years. Access is limited to our personnel and advisors who are bound to protect it.
- Deletion: client-provided data, exports, and sample files are deleted after the audit is complete. We retain the delivered Findings Report (which is your property) and the minimal work-product records needed to document the engagement, held under the same confidentiality obligations.
- Sensitive records — invoices, medical or financial records, account numbers — should never be sent by ordinary email. If samples are needed, we arrange a secure transfer method with you.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jrapisarda@bioinfosolutions.com. Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honor those requests for anyone regardless of residence.
5. Security
We protect information with reasonable administrative and technical care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage you to use the offline intake kit and secure transfer for anything sensitive.
6. Third-party services
Web3Forms processes contact forms, Google Analytics measures traffic on informational pages, and Vercel provides hosting, AI request routing, and private workspace storage. The selected AI model provider processes submitted assistant conversations. These services handle data under their respective policies. Our site also links to calendar, referral, and other third-party services; their policies apply when you use them.
7. Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with an updated effective date.
