Fixed-Scope AI Automation Audits for Small & Mid-Size Businesses

We find the AI worth building — then we build it.

A two-week, fixed-scope audit of how your business actually runs — ending in working software built on your data, and an honest verdict on what to build next. And what not to.

A defined starting point for AI automation

Start with the people, systems, and data your business already has. The audit examines workflow constraints, data quality, and potential value before recommending what to build.

The AI Automation Audit

Six interviews, five systems, two weeks, done

We embed with your team for ten business days: up to six stakeholder interviews, read-only walkthroughs of up to five systems, a data-quality snapshot, and a working proof of concept for your top automation opportunity — built on your sample data, demoed live.

You get an evidence-tagged findings report, a priced opportunity map, a return-on-investment model per opportunity, and a prioritized roadmap. You keep all of it whether or not we ever build.

The terms, up front

Fixed fee $10,000
Timeline 10 business days
Payment 50 / 50
Build credit 100% · 60 days

Charter pricing $7,500 for the first five clients, or through March 31, 2027 — whichever comes first.

How it works

Audit → Build → Iterate

01

Audit

Ten business days, fixed scope, $10,000. Six interviews, five systems, a data-quality snapshot, and a working proof of concept on your data — ending in a signed findings report you keep either way.

02

Build

The top opportunity from your audit, built for production at a fixed price with a named delivery date — typically $10,000–$150,000. Sign within 60 days and the audit fee credits in full.

03

Iterate

A $1,000–$4,000/month retainer keeps the system monitored and improving after go-live. Introduced only after a build is agreed — never before.

Why BioInfoAI

Builders who happen to sell, not sellers who happen to build.

Fixed Scope. Fixed Price.

$10,000 and ten business days — stated up front, in writing. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise invoices. Fixed scope is the credibility.

The Report Is Yours Either Way

Findings, opportunity map, return-on-investment model, and a working proof of concept on your data — you keep all of it whether or not we ever build. If you proceed within 60 days, the audit fee credits in full.

Builders Who Happen to Sell

No junior-consultant pyramid. The two founders who scope your audit are the people who build from it — weeks and $10,000, not months and $300,000.

Measured, Not Asserted

Every return-on-investment figure is computed from your data and recomputable from our methodology appendix. Every report is reviewed and signed by a PhD scientist. We compute returns — we don't promise them.

Proof, not promises

Work you can inspect before you sign anything

Start with a sample findings report and its synthetic data. Then read Michael Edwards's research perspective on combining public genomic datasets and checking AI outputs against original evidence.

Every report is reviewed and signed by a PhD scientist. The willingness to say "don't build this yet" is policy, not personality.

The people who do the work

No junior-consultant pyramid. The people who scope your audit are the people who build from it.

Start with a 30-minute call

No pitch deck. We'll tell you on the call whether an audit makes sense for your business — and if the honest answer is no, that's the answer you get.
